Treat Policies

Welcome to our home-based bakery! We operate under the Texas Cottage Food Law.

 

Please review our policies below:

1. Food Safety: All items are made in a home kitchen not inspected by the Department of State Health Services. However, we follow all food safety guidelines and maintain a current Texas Food Handler’s Certificate.

2. Custom Orders: Orders must be placed at least 1-3 days in advance, depending on size and complexity. Rush orders may be subject to additional fees and are accepted based on availability.

 

3. Payment: Full payment is required to confirm your order.

4. Cancellations/Refunds:
All sales are final due to the custom nature of our products. No refunds or exchanges. If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible—cancellations made 72 hours or more before pickup may be eligible for credit toward a future order (case-by-case).

5. Pick-Up/Delivery: Orders must be picked up at the agreed time and location. Delivery is available within 15 miles from Van Alstyne, Texas for an additional fee. We are not responsible for products once they leave our possession.

 

6. Allergens: Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as wheat, eggs, dairy, peanuts, and tree nuts. Please notify us of any allergies before ordering.

 

7. Licensing:  This business is operated under the Texas Cottage Food Law and is not subject to state inspection.
